Saw this image and I really never used it, Then I looked at it again and decided to use it. I really couldn't think of what to do then, I found the site I got the textures from and this is what came from it. I really do like how it came out and hope you do to. So just be sure to follow the using and the copyrights and then all should be good.
1. Unzip the folder and open the index2.html file in notepad. Change name to to index.html.
2. Edit the Navigation and Content areas with your site links and info.
3. Upload all the files to your server.

By downloading this file you agree to the following conditions:
1. Please do not alter the images, I worked very hard on this layout, and I would be most upset if I see the layout all hacked into pieces.
2. Do not remove the credits, again I worked very hard on this layout, I hate thieves.
3. Do not redistribute this layout on your site.
4. Do not say you made the avatar or button and redistribute them.
5. Only modify the index.html file. If you change any of the other files, it might screw up the layout.
6. You may add your name or site name to the avatars but do not claim them as yours or redistribute them.
